The first edition of The Top Half Times appeared in November 2008 at the St. Andrews Night fundraiser. Two like minded members of the folk fraternity in Alice Springs saw an opportunity to pass on information about folk events whilst having some fun at other’s expense. The idea was to entertain people without hopefully upsetting anyone in the process.
